A Thoughtful Approach to Anxiety and Trauma
My approach to therapy is relational, individualized, and grounded in understanding emotional and relational patterns over time. Each person’s mental health journey is shaped by their history, relationships, and lived experience. Recognizing that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, my work is tailored to be responsive and relationship-focused, grounded in a careful analysis of individual emotional and interpersonal patterns.
Many clients seek therapy while navigating anxiety, trauma, or significant life changes, often feeling stuck despite insight or effort. My work is tailored to the individual, helping you develop greater clarity, emotional stability, and meaningful change over time.
Who This Work Is For
This work is often a good fit for adults who feel stuck in anxiety or trauma-related patterns despite insight, motivation, or previous therapy. Many clients are thoughtful and self-aware, but find that understanding their experiences hasn’t yet led to meaningful change.
This practice may not be the best fit for those seeking highly structured, short-term skills-only treatment or crisis-level services.
Areas of Focus
My work focuses primarily on anxiety and trauma in adults, including the emotional and relational patterns that often underlie persistent distress. These experiences can show up as chronic worry, emotional overwhelm, difficulty feeling safe, or feeling stuck despite insight or effort.
I also have specialized experience supporting individuals navigating reproductive mental health concerns, including fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum experiences, and other reproductive transitions, when these intersect with anxiety or trauma.
